TICKET NUMBER LOOKUP

How to Look Up Airline Ticket Charges on monthly financial reports

Airline tickets can be charged directly to your corporate card or directly billed to a department account.

Tickets billed to your department use the airline ticket number as the reference number. This may cause confusion for those who reconcile their department monthly financial statements and are unsure as to what trip the ticket is for. The following Excel files can be used to look up the ticket number and determine the destination and travel dates for those tickets.

Airline tickets charged to a individual's corporate card can be imported into Extensity and billed to the account(s) of your choice.
